Dear Sir,

I want to tell you something really concerning. Most of the roads here haven't been cleaned for two weeks. The garbage trucks from the municipality haven't come for a month. It's making a terrible smell. There are so many flies and mosquitoes now, which could spread diseases. When it's windy, dirt blows into our houses, making things worse. Many of our neighbours are getting sick.

I hope the authorities will do something about this soon.
